2. User Content & License Grant

When you submit data (such as discount reports, vendor reviews, or comments) to SimulateScale, you retain ownership of your submission. However, by submitting, you grant SimulateScale a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

This allows us to aggregate your data into our "Vendor Scores" and "Market Reports" without legal restriction.

3. Prohibited Conduct (No Scraping)

You agree not to:

• Scrape or Data Mine: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Submit False Data: Intentionally submit inaccurate or misleading discount information.
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

SimulateScale aggregates crowdsourced data. While we employ verification methods, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any discount data. This data is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial or legal advice.
